Mowing Crew Helper
Job Description
Growing lawn and landscaping firm seeking a talented individual to help join our team! We’re looking for hard working mowing crew helpers to assist with our increasing workload. Please see below for a few key points:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate in the execution of all work orders with other crew members
- Reports directly to his/her crew leader
- Operates all lawn mowing equipment and vehicles in a safe manner
- Interacts with clients and vendors with a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Ensures all work is completed at a high standard
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bi-lingual a plus but not required
- Experience with mowing, shrub trimming, mulching, etc., a plus but not required
- Heavy lifting and other manual labor intensive tasks, as needed
Compensation/Benefits
- Hourly Pay Range: $13 – $15 per hour
- Overtime
- Health Stipend
