Acceptance Of Proposal

The above prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. A Cut Above is authorized to do the work as specified. If an account becomes delinquent the client agrees to pay all attorney and collection fees related to the collection of the amount owed with interest. If client is dissatisfied with the work performed, it must notify A Cut Above of deficiencies, in writing within 3 days of service completion date. Failure to do so will appear as a waiver of any claims, complaints, and demands relating to the work performed. All payment options require a cc saved within our secure client portal for easy billing (excluding prepayments).

Auto Renewal Agreement (only for annual programs)

This agreement will auto-renew every 12 months but can be canceled at anytime by either party. A Cut Above reserves the right to review pricing annually and will inform customers of any changes in writing prior to their first auto-billing cycle. (unless otherwise noted).

Cancellation Policy (only for annual programs)

We don’t believe in cancellation fees/charges. You can cancel your services at any time, for any reason, by contacting our office to pay for any services already rendered plus any discounts or additional services provided. If upon cancellation ACA owe’s a refund it will be issued via paper check/cc per the repayment terms below:

For Prepay Cancellations: If you’ve prepaid for the year and decide to cancel early, you’ll only be charged for completed services up to that date. Early cancellation does however void any discounts previously provided and services will be calculated in full. All refunds will be provided via paper check and per the repayment terms below.

For Contract Cancellations: If you’re services are set up on a contractual basis, upon cancellation you’ll only be charged for completed services up to that date. Total services and payments up to that date will be calculated to determine if either a refund or final balance is due. All refunds will be provided via paper check and per the repayment terms below. PLEASE NOTE: Most contract customers owe money upon early cancellation because the Interest Free Plan spreads out the payment over 12 months, but the services rendered total is generally more than the paid-to-date total when calculated. Final payment is due upon cancellation if the customer owe’s.

Repayment Terms (when ACA owes the customer)

  • Under $2,500: amount due NET 90 days
  • Over $2,500: amount due NET 120 days

One Time and Hourly Services/Programs

All non-annual programs are billed “time + materials” and a credit card on file is required for billing. We take the first hour as a deposit and bill the remainder, if any, upon completion of the service. One Time Jobs are not placed on the schedule until the deposit payment has been run. Deposits for one time services are non-refundable because it reserves your spot on our routes.

Pricing Disclaimer: A Cut Above strives to provide the quickest most accurate landscaping quotes anywhere in our industry. While other websites have extensive waiting periods before you can even get an idea of what your service will cost, we provide same day quotes. We accomplish this by using our proprietary software that takes all reasonable efforts in collecting, preparing and streamlining public information data to calculate the most accurate square footage of your property. Then, based on that information we develop the most competitive market price for our services. However, please be aware that due to the rapidly changing nature of property from landscaping additions, new flower beds/gardens, patios or other unforeseen events sometimes the square foot pricing may be inaccurate. If you feel that your quoted square footage does not accurately fit your property, please contact us immediately so we can correct your price. All final invoiced prices will be based on the most accurate information and will be adjusted up or down accordingly.
