Step 1 – Go To Client Portal: CLICK HERE
Step 2 – Login with your credentials
Step 3 – Once inside of portal, click “Ask a Question or Make a Request”
Step 4 – Select “Cancel Services” from drop down and then “Create Support Issue” at the bottom of the page
What happens next? A ticket is created internally and alerts a team manager. We’ll review and get you taken care of shortly thereafter.
