Can you explain the signup process?
The signup process is simple and streamlined. After you fill out our commercial contact form, we digitally measure your turf areas, landscaping beds, and any other service zones using aerial measurement tools. Once the measurements are completed, we create a customized maintenance proposal based on your property’s exact square footage and service needs, then email it to you for review. If everything looks good, you can approve the proposal electronically. After approval, we issue the first month’s invoice, which is due upfront before service begins. Once the initial payment is received, you’ll get a notification with your first scheduled service date. Some commercial properties may require a brief in-person walkthrough, but most sites can be accurately quoted without one.
How does billing work?
For commercial maintenance, we require a credit card or bank account on file so we can process automatic monthly payments. After you approve your quote, we send your first month’s invoice as a digital payment link. Once that initial payment is completed, we’ll create your customer portal account where you can securely add a card or bank account for recurring autopay. All future monthly payments are processed automatically on the same date each month, ensuring uninterrupted service and predictable billing. While paper checks are discouraged due to slower processing times, they can be accepted upon special request.
Which services do you offer?

Do you offer tree maintenance/removal?
We offer limited tree services for trees up to 12 feet in height, such as small removals or light pruning. For any trees larger than that, we do not perform the work directly, as it requires specialized equipment and advanced safety procedures outside our scope. However, we maintain strong relationships with reputable local tree service vendors and can help connect you with the right professional if your property needs larger tree maintenance or removal.
Do you offer snow removal?
We do not offer snow removal as part of our commercial maintenance services. Snow and ice management requires dedicated equipment, staffing, and 24/7 monitoring during winter weather events, which is outside the scope of our lawn and landscape operations. However, if your property needs snow removal, we can provide recommendations or help connect you with local providers who specialize in commercial winter services.
