Cleanup Program FAQs
Our Landscaping Maintenance Program is designed to keep your outdoor space looking impeccable year-round. It begins with a full Cleanup with Mulch at signup — paid as a one-time fee — to get your property in top shape right away.
From there, the program continues with six maintenance visits per year plus spring mulching. Each visit includes shrub and hedge trimming, weed management, and edging of landscaping beds.
Monthly billing begins 30 days after your signup payment, so your cleanup is covered up front and your ongoing care is spread out affordably. This annual plan offers consistent results and better value than scheduling individual cleanups.
Seven annual visits scheduled between March and October, weather permitting, to align with peak growth and maintenance periods.
Our goal is to complete your first cleanup within 1–2 weeks of signup, weather permitting.
Leaf removal is not included but is available as an add-on or one-time service. Discounted pricing applies when added to the cleanup program.
We install 1″–2″ of mulch, which is ideal for plant health and moisture retention.
Additional mulch beyond allotted amounts is billed at $40 per cubic yard.
- Under 1/8 Acre: 5 cubic yards
- 1/8 Acre: 6 cubic yards
- 1/4 Acre: 7 cubic yards
- 3/8 Acre: 8 cubic yards
- 1/2 Acre: 9 cubic yards
Yes. All shrubs and hedges under 12′ tall are trimmed, with seasonal timing based on plant health.
Note: Spring and fall are the primary trimming seasons.
Tree trimming is not included. Small tree work may be added for an additional fee. Large tree work is referred out.
We use pre-emergent herbicide in spring and minimize synthetic chemicals whenever possible.
No. You’ll receive email notifications before and after each visit.
No. Mowing can be added for $99 per visit upon request.
